TIFFANY YOUNG
I first discovered pilates through dancing. Eventually dance became a much smaller part of my life, but an interest in pilates had been sparked. After graduating from the University of Utah and beginning a career in social work, I continued to be drawn to pilates mat classes at the gym. I loved the focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles and how I felt after class. In 2010 I discovered STOTT pilates. I started going to a pilates studio taking mat and reformer classes. The more I did the more I loved it! I began to appreciate even more the diverse benefits that come with practicing pilates. I found the mind-body connection and awareness to benefit me not just physically but emotionally as well. Eventually I decided to begin teaching. I love the journey pilates has taken me on and look forward sharing my love of pilates.
I live in Draper with my husband and four kids. We love Draper! We are passionate about all aspects of healthy, conscious living and love discovering new ways of feeding our bodies and souls. I even brew my own kombucha! (I promise itʼs not as weird as it sounds) I look forward to meeting you at Pilates Revolution!
